Okay, I think I’ve found my Friday night spot. Two weeks in a row I’ve ordered a personal pizza and Caesar salad and I’m obsessed. Picked up one large signature margarita pie ( simple but super tasty). The fresh tomato really lifted the sauce, and surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the crust. It was chewy with a bit of flavor. Also tried a small (personal) veggie house pie, and that one was a winner — fresh cheese, super rich lots of mushrooms and ... packed with flavor. We also got two sandwiches: the Baja on their special pizza bread (which kind of felt like a calzone — in a good way). The chicken was decent, maybe a little bland. As for the grilled cheese, not a fan of how they grilled it with the arugula — it ended up soggy and lost that peppery kick. I’d say either skip the arugula if it’s grilled, or keep it for the cold one. The tomato bisque on the side was a great touch.
